Care that carries on between visits.

Darmana joins your pharmacy, clinic, lab and therapy rooms in one patient record, and stays with patients at home: readings, medicine reminders and messages your team can act on.

  • Pharmacy, clinic, lab and therapy in one record
  • Remote monitoring with red and amber alerts
  • FHIR R4 interface for hospitals and partners
  • Runs on a server in your own region

Inside Darmana

The real thing, not a mock-up

These are screens from the Darmana demo, with fictional patients. The care team works on a computer; patients use their phone.

Home: Each team's day at a glance
Demo data. All patient names are fictional.

Each person makes it their own

Day or night, glass or plain, eight ready-made themes, any colour, larger text, a roomier layout, a pinned menu and a start page. Saved on each account, on every device.

One record, every room

Each team works on screens made for its job. What they record lands in the same patient record, and only the people caring for the patient can open it.

Sends to the record: what was dispensed, and when

Between visits, nobody drops out of sight

Most of a patient's life happens away from the clinic. Darmana keeps the care team in the loop without asking them to watch every number.

  1. Blood pressure128/82mmHg

    The patient measures at home

Blood pressure, glucose, weight, oxygen or mood goes in from the patient app in a few seconds, with advice on how to measure.

  2. Darmana checks it against their limits

Each patient has their own red and amber limits, set by their clinician. Sudden weight gain over a few days is caught as well.

  3. Red3:42

The right person sees it first

Red alerts come with a deadline. If nobody acknowledges one in time, it goes to the manager. Patients who stop sending readings are flagged too.

Ready-made programmes, adjusted for each patient

  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Heart failure
  • Asthma and COPD
  • Anticoagulation
  • Weight management
  • Daily wellbeing

Darmana raises alerts on limits a clinician sets. It does not diagnose.

Medicines people actually take

The WHO estimates that about half of people with long-term conditions do not take their medicines as prescribed. Darmana turns a prescription into a daily plan the patient can follow, and shows the care team how it is going.

  • From prescription to plan in one tap

Signed prescriptions appear in the patient app with suggested times. The patient adds them and adjusts the times.

  • Reminders that keep a secret

Phone reminders never show a medicine name or a reading on the lock screen. Nothing private passes through the notification service.

  • Adherence the doctor can see

Each dose is marked taken or skipped. The clinician sees the 7- and 30-day picture next to the readings.

Four medication lists that never blur

What was prescribed is not always what was dispensed, given or actually taken. Darmana keeps all four side by side, so the next clinician sees the real picture.

Who it's for

  • Independent pharmacies

Run the counter, stock and accounts in one place, receive prescriptions from the clinics you work with, and run your own monitoring clinics.

  • Clinics and family practices

Consult, prescribe, follow up results and stay with patients between visits through their own app.

  • Therapists and mental-health practices

Book, collect consent, write notes and meet online, with safety reviews built into the work.

  • Health networks and partners

Connect pharmacies, clinics and labs that serve the same patients, and exchange data through FHIR R4.

Built for health data from the first line

These rules are part of the system, not settings someone has to remember.

  • Two-step sign-in for every staff role

A password and a code from the phone, for everyone who can open a record.

  • Access follows care

Clinicians open a record when they have a reason: an appointment, an order, a task. Emergency access needs a written reason and is logged.

  • A history that cannot be rewritten

Signed notes and clinical events are append-only. Corrections are added with a reason and the original stays.

  • Every look is logged

Opening a record, a receipt or a patient search is written to an access log that managers can review.

  • Open standards

FHIR R4 for exchange, LOINC codes for tests and readings, ICD-10 for diagnoses. Partners connect with keys the administrator issues and can revoke.
